Voyageur kayak Paddle Float Bag for Kayak Canoe Boat Inflation Afloat.  Shipped in a priority mail padded envelope.
There is some black speckling predominantly on one side, I don't know what it is.  Possibly mold but I tried to clean it off and it wouldn't budge.
