KEEP ALL PACKAGING:
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for proof.  Do not dispose of or release items before filing a damage claim.  The shipping company may request the package, materials, and damaged goods for evaluation.  Non-compliance can result in denial of the claim.
MISSING PARCELS:
Contact me if your parcel hasn't arrived promptly or if there's no movement in the tracking details.  I can file a trace to help locate the package.  A loss claim can be filed after 21 calendar days for domestic shipments.
