Vintage Battery Operated Balloon Blowing Monkey 1950's Tin Toy.
When I put batteries in it, I could not get it to work, could be an easy fix?
His fur is clean except for his left elbow has some rust.  His clothes are pretty clean, except for on both of his knees have some wear.  The back of his pants have a few small spots.  I got the eyes to light up now and then.
Litho and battery compartment are clean have no rust.
