How to judge whether the inverter is good or bad?
1. Restore the factory setting P00.13 to 10, restart the inverter after the light goes out after power-off, remove the connecting motor and ground wire, and run the inverter with no load if the RUN light is always on and there is no fault code. It means that there is no problem with the inverter.
2. If an error code appears after connecting the motor, it may be that the motor is broken; or there is a problem with the wiring
Note: Please read the instructions carefully before use.
For YL600 inverter, our parameters are set to 50HZ by default.
If your motor needs to rotate at high speed, such as a 400HZ spindle motor, you should set the inverter parameters as follows: P00.00 = 400HZ, P00.04 = 400HZ, P00.05 = 400HZ, P00.07 = 40HZ, P00.08=10.0HZ,P00.09 = 4.0HZ, P03.09 = 400HZ, P03.13 = 400HZ, P03.17 = 400HZ.
If you directly restore the factory settings, the inverter can be used with 50HZ motors.
