This hood is only available in Black, Biscuit, White, or Stainless Steel finishes.
All Vent-A-Hood products are UL listed for use in damp locations when installed in a GFCI protected branch circuit.

*We do our best to accurately describe the conditions of all of our products. Sometimes minor imperfections can be missed during the inspection process. Different lighting conditions may accentuate some imperfections and can make others very difficult to notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We will ship standard freight for free. This service includes residential curbside tailgate delivery. White glove shipping can be arranged as needed. Additional costs apply. Call (844) 363-7152.
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
All new in box items will ship in the original packaging from the manufacture, and will be strapped to a pallet. All floor models will have loose parts secured and wrapped, and the appliance will be bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, protected in cardboard and strapped to a pallet for safe shipping. Built-in refrigerators will be bolted to the skid when shipping bolts are available.
FREIGHT DAMAGE:
All of our shipments are insured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Unfortunately things can happen. We ask that you please take the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do not have a chance to inspect the shipment completely but there is obvious damage to the exterior packaging, note DAMAGE on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage and you have checked the damaged box, please contact us immediately. As long as there is freight damage noted on the receiving BEFORE the items are signed for, we will file all freight claims, and work with you to resolve the issues right away. If there is concealed damage, but you signed for the shipment without noting any damage, the signature relieves the shipping company of all damage claims.
RETURNS:
Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% when applicable. Product has to be returned in its original condition and with prior approval. We will work very hard to have every customer pleased with their purchase.
