Delivery Time:
Under normal circumstances, merchandise ships within 3 business days upon receiving payment. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for receipt of merchandise from the ship date in accordance with postal service shipment duration's. We cannot ship items over 70 lbs. to P.O. Box. We will only ship to addresses registered with PayPal at the time of shipping.
Combined Shipping:
We do offer combined shipping upon request or if the items are purchased all within the same order. Excludes discounts on items with free shipping. If you are purchasing quantities over 3 the item may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Back-ordered Items:
If merchandise is back-ordered or shipment will be delayed for any reason we will first notify you and happily offer you a full refund with a cancellation of the order. We guarantee all merchandise will ship in a maximum of 30 days from date of purchase.
Postage & Fees:
Shipping prices are for USA only. Free shipping does not include International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO. All transactions to these locations incur an additional per item handling fee for processing.
Carrier Service:
Seller reserves the right to change shipping method or carrier service provider at time of shipment. We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community without certain types of delivery. We cannot guarantee shipments for Saturday, Sunday or holiday deliveries.
Payment Policy Details:
We gladly accept payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to set up and confirm your PayPal account prior to purchasing an item from us. We take US funds only. Please note that all transactions are set to automatically enter into an “unpaid item case” if payment is not received by the 4th day after purchase. Currently PayPal is the only payment method available to buyers.
Sales Tax:
Michigan residents are required to pay 6% sales tax. Residents of other states may be required to pay a use tax to their state on orders.
Returns:
Please initiate the return within 30 days from the ship date and ensure that the merchandise is returned in original packaging, with enclosed documentation and all parts (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). No returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from Customer Service and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. We do not track expired RMA#.s.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight, handling charges, insurance and restocking fees of 20% for this equipment. This credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within 14 business days.
