Rare Vintage 1960s Gino Neapolitan Balloon Blower #110 Rosko. Excellent working Condition and complete with original soap dispenser, tray and instructions. Just tested with 2 D batteries and all is working great. After removing from box, because of age, make sure tin pants are pushed down tightly into shoes to engage gears for both arms to run smoothly and continuosly.
