    Description

First introduced in the year 2000 with just a couple other flip style shoes available and an exploding population of flip pitchers, the E-Z Flip Horseshoe was an instant success in this new millennium as the very first flip shoe with a ringer breaker!  E-Z Flip has it all-- Extremely heavy tips, a narrow but effective ringer breaker and a lower/flatter rear thumb cleat for truly "E-Z" flipping!  With its heavily weighted tips, it feels like it is pulling out of your hand, beginning its flip before you let it go… practically flipping by itself.  E-Z Flip features a square shape instead of a curve, creating a wide rear gripping area, giving the pitcher ample room to adjust grip left to right, the same way turn pitchers can adjust up and down the side-blades of a traditional shoe, finally equaling the playing field!  The edges on E-Z Flip are smooth and nicely rounded, helping to reduce fatigue and blistering, allowing the shoe to slip out of your hand with ease… a dream come true for the flip pitcher!
Even though each Thoroughbred Horseshoe model has a unique design, purpose and performance, they all share these common features:
    Made in the USA
    Two-year warranty
    Durable iron alloy
    Resists burring
    Retains its shape
    Tournament grade
    NHPA Sanctioned
    Official size and weight
    Perfectly matched pairs
    Non-flaking, matte finish
    Stock colors: blue and red
Every Thoroughbred Horseshoe can take a serious beating… it’s part of the plan from the beginning, as we know our customers well!  So, they should all last quite a while even with heavy pro-level usage… hence the two-year warranty.  But if used only occasionally, a set of Thoroughbreds may last a lifetime.
