Constructed from sanitary 1" square tube
Welded angle pan slides will accommodate standard 18" x 26" bun pans, 18" x 13" trays (2 pans per shelf on front loading racks only), and 17" x 25" fryer screens
Additional base cross bar for strength and rigidity
Fully assembled and ready to use
