RETURN POLICY
Return requests must be made within 14 days after the delivered date
(requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted), and items may only be returned if one or all of the following apply:
The model of the item received does not match the model of the item purchased; and/or,
The item does not power on AND the package is not damaged. If the package appears to be damaged, please contact me to file a claim.
*If one or all of the above conditions apply, items must be returned within 14 days after the return request has been approved (unless a different arrangement has been made with seller). If buyer fails to return the item within 14 days after return approval, the return request will become void.
*All new items must be returned unopened to receive a refund.
