Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. If you need to cancel after your hour expires, you will have to follow the steps laid out in the return policy, once the item arrives.
Shipping
Delivery time is 4-7 business days including the handling time.
We do not offer combine shipping service.

Please make sure, to provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as the address cannot be changed after checkout. Double check it to be sure. Return Policy
Return unsatisfactory products

Please return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

All returns must be requested through eBay, for return authorization and shipping address. Please note, never send a return without opening a return request, as the return address is different from the original shipping facility address.
Return defective products
We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. But, if the item turns out to be defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. And please provide us with the following proofs:
Photos of the front and the back of the package
Photos or video of defective item
Detailed description of the problem
Please understand that we will need all those proofs to determine whether you need to ship back the item back to us, or you can just keep it.
If we decide to ship the item back to us, then we will pay for return shipping label, and give you a full refund.
Undeliverable package
The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, the original shipping that you paid is non-refundable.
