    Mounting Style: Bolt down
    Roller Diameters: 1.25 inches
    Minimum rolling diameter: 2.5 inches
    >  As of 2021, the ends are precision laser cut and the base is made stronger. It will look better and be stronger than the side pieces shown in some pictures. The rollers are still 1.25" solid steel round bar.
    >
    The hand crank set
(optional, not recommended, sold separately on ebay) includes two handles, one for each side. Both sides need to be installed during use.
We have found that the easiest
operation is with a hex bolt on which you place a standard 9/16 ratchet, breaker bar, or box-end wrench.
    > Slip-rolling is a slow process and usually requires 12-20 passes through the rollers, with small, incremental tightening on the adjuster block to achieve a smooth roll. Overloading a slip roller is very easy, however, can shorten the life of the unit. Exercise
    additional care
when rolling hardened or stainless steels
    as
you may damage the surface of the rollers.
    >  Disassembly and reassembly is easy. Simply lower the adjuster bolt to rele
    ase
pressure from the system. Then unscrew the two end bolts from the top roller
    and remove the workpiece.
